For the last two weeks. I have experienced this on and off for the last week. I have experienced it everyday when starting the game for the first time. My game loads desire normal. I select my engrave the loading check finishes and I appear ingame. My connection status incon typically displays my usual 100-200ms ping and has starts with about a 15% average packet loss but that immediately starts trending drink until it reaches the normal 0%. -HOWEVER- when I act to go around in any direction or move or do anything basically that would move me from the exact coordinate I logged in on on my check. I ordain see my engrave take 1-2 steps in the direction I'm headed and then be immediately "yanked" back to the arrange I logged in on. On other populate's screens they say it looks like I am not moving at all. During this time. I can interact with mailboxes. NPCs or other players that are near me (and all these characters are moving fine on my screen no choppiness or anything). I can even use maps to move myself around or use hunter jaunt and I will be in the new area but I ordain still be "anchored" as it were to a certain arrange. I can connect fellowships and raids. I can chat in /ooc. /kinship. /tell etc and populate can hear me over VoIP and get my chat fine but I just cannot move no matter what I do.
I undergo tried logging out of one character and back into the same engrave comfort anchored. I have tried logging out of one character and into a new engrave the new character is anchored. I have tried waiting 15-20minutes ingame anchored the whole measure despite chatting freely and searching the Auction House with no issues the whole time. I have tried exiting to desktop and reloading comfort anchored. I have tried restarting the computer then reloading comfort anchored. I undergo tried restarting my cable modem (using Comcast) and router then reloading still anchored. I have tried using a different router (borrowed from a friend) and replacing my cat5 cables then restarting PC & cable modem still anchored. I have tried putting the game in windowed mode then going to and running a broadband go test. I posted 6.2mbps down and 1.47mbps up to the San Francisco go test server. I posted 4.7mbps and.98mbps to the Washington DC go test server. I have run traceroutes to and major sites like etc (while I am ingame and "anchored") and I get no timeouts or unusually high ping times.
Restarting the telecommunicate modem computer and router fixes this but occasionally I have to start them all 3-4 times before I can finally move about the gameworld freely. Once I can move about the gameworld freely. I do not undergo the air again until I try to login for the first time the next day. I can login to other characters & be fine. I have had this issue before but at very isolated times and never this frequent or hard to resolve. Off the top of my continue. I would say I have experienced this problem 3-4 times before the measure two weeks since I began playing the game during Beta last December. Now for the technical stuff:
