The issue i have with play is that if your bet gets lost you have to wait 21days before they will do anything. I wont shop with them again because of that. I ordered both UT3 and Hellgate at the same time so i didnt want to balance and end up waiting so UT3 was gonna be my last order. Hellgate was released on the 2nd of Nov. They sent it on the 31st of october i never received it but because of their policy of not doing anything for you untill after 21 days i didnt get.
